Gear

The band is self-contained and ready to travel. The actual equipment used at any given venue will depend on size of the room, stage space, and performance volume desired.

Jerry's choice of performance guitars currently includes, but is not limited to, Fender Lonestar, Roadhouse, and American Standard Stratocasters. His favorite recording guitar is his 1965 Candy Apple Red Strat which he obtained in 1972. This guitar was used on the majority of the "Rockin' The Blues" CD.

Eric's axes include USA Fender Hotrod Precision basses and American Standard Precision basses.

Guitar amplification varies according to venue size but may include a Fender Hotrod Deville 212 or a Marshall JCM 900 with 4x12's.

Bass amplification is handled by an Ampeg SVT 4-Pro amp and 6x10 cabinet reinforced by a Peavey subwoofer system.

Sound reinforcement and PA duties are handled by a Mackie CFX-16 board and 2 Mackie 1400i stereo power amps powering 4-15" EV speakers, 2 high frequency horns, and a pair of Peavey 18" subwoofers.
